1. A security deposit of € 200 is payable prior to arrival and will be refunded in the week after departure. This covers any damages or breakages and where applicable, ESB costs will be deducted from same. 2. For weekly lettings, properties are usually available from Saturday to Saturday with check in times starting at 3pm. All properties must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to facilitate cleaning for incoming guests. Keys can be collected from our office or from an alternative location by arrangement. 3. All properties are per descriptions and are equipped with bed linen and in some cases towels. It is advisable to bring extra towels for your own use. 4. The owners or their agents may visit the property at any reasonable time. 5. No pets will be allowed onto premises without the prior consent of the owner. 6. Sporting Tours Ireland reserve the right to terminate any booking due to violation of any of the booking conditions. 7. It is warranted that neither the owner nor his agent are liable for any accidents, damage, losses or breakages sustained by guests on their property. Bookings are accepted on receipt of a 50% booking deposit. The balance of the rental costs will become due for payment four weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations should be notified to this office in writing by registered post, not later than four weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received in this period a cancellation fee of €200 will be charged. If cancellation is advised after this period 2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival then 50% of the booking will be forfeited or €350 whichever is the greater. After this, the full amount is forfeited.
